has anyone stayed at "Herb and Sia's Hotel" / "Scalan's Motel" in Pago Pago recently? Seems to to the same owner. Is the place ok? The comment in the LP guide book does not sound very encouraging for "Scanlan's".
Do they have some kind of kitchen (communal or in the room)?
