Accomodation in Rarotonga

I will be staying in rarotonga for 4 nights as a single female traveller.
Anyone know which of the three places below would be best to stay at?
Rarotonga Backpackers
Tiare Village
Backpackers International

I am looking for:
the best environment to meet some people to maybe do some activities with
clean facilities
safe environment

Rarotonga Backpackers is located in a lovely beachfront setting. Great opportunity to meet others and chill out on the beach. Besides the bus stops outside on main road (if staying at their beachfront site), and there are more small stores and dining options in this area.
