Aitutaki Accommodations

Hi ~ We're going to be on (in?) Aitutaki about the 21st of September 2007 for 5 days. We'd like to stay beachfront, but not in a resort. There are a lot of places listed, both bungalows and small resorts, but its difficult to choose. Does anyone have any recommendations? We like to swim and snorkel, and don't need fancy digs, just comfortable. Having a kitchen or at least a partial kitchen would be preferred. We'd like to stay in the range of $150 or less U.S. per night. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

We stayed at Matriki Beach Huts - great place to stay right on the beach with the basic facilities that you want.
