Can anybody tell me how much is the departure tax in Rarotonga please??

There is none - it is included in your international ticket.

It's currently $65NZ. But like Cosmopolitan said it's included in your ticket total. It used to be collected by customs at the airport and you had to have cash. It was real pain in the butt.

Starting 1 Dec 2012 they began requiring the carriers to collect it... a much better arrangement for the departing traveler.

An interesting practice considering they regularly underwrite the price of a ticket to Rarotonga by as much as $500.
