Looking for Backpacker Accommodation in Rarotonga

I'm looking for Backpacker Dorm accommodation in Rarotonga in late October - can see 2 listed Rarotonga Backpackers and Backpackers International both about $25 NZD a night
Does anyone know of any others in a similar price range - if not which one of those would you choose?
