Low key accomodation Rarotonga?

Hi,
Does anyone have any recommendations for relaxed accomodation near good snorkelling on Rarotonga?
I don't really need a lot of frills, just somewhere clean, quiet and not too far from restaurants and the beach. A bungalow would be nice too. My limit is around $180/night.

Here are my picks for the southern end of Muri beach. All are within walking distance to restaurants and cafes in Muri, as well as the lagoon tours and other attractions:-

Muri Beach Cottages
Arcadia Cottage
Kuriri studio.

You can also walk to Tikioki marine reserve from all 3. Tikioki lagoon offers stupendous snorkelling and kayaking.
All 3 suggestions meet your budget in NZD.
