Has anyone stayed here? I can't find any reviews. They are offering a great family special ($155) which is great for on the beach, just wondering if they are decent. Any other suggestions? We will be in the Cooks for 3 weeks, 1 week Raro, then 1 week Aitutaki, then back to Raro. I think we will spend our last week at Muri Beachcomber. We were hoping for something the first week on the south of Raro, less than $200 for a family of 4 ( older kids - 11 and 13).
We are also thinking of staying at Raro Beach Bach. Anyone with experience there?? Thanks | 1
The Raro Beach Bach looks like it doesn't have a swimming beach, if you care. No shore at high tide and too shallow at low tide? But if you're in Vaimaanga a beach isn't far away. Did you look at Arapati Beach Bach? it's in Vaimaanga in a great area, swimmable. i haven't seen either first hand, i've just been to the Cooks a lot and am surmising. the only thing about the Arapati is it says that the lounge (LR) and DR are outside - ie covered decks. It rains. It's also windy on that side of the island. I'd write the owners and suss that out before I comitted. Where are you staying in Aitutaki? did You say what time of year you'll be there? | 2
We checked out Aparati (it looks fantastic!) but it was booked. We will be there July. We are also looking at Tikioki house (it is suppose to be near the Fruits of Rarotonga). I can only find it on the Jetsave site and the photos are such poor quality. I just posted about it above. I'm hoping someone knows the house. | 3
We are staying at Inano's on Aitutaki because my kids love to swim and it's near Sammades which is good for swimming. | 4
