I have been looking at Tiare Village. Any comments good or bad would be appreciated.
Any suggestions for other budget accommodation on Raro also much appreciated.

It's OK, with mixed reviews over the years. A mile or so from the main town of Avarua. The manager is nice, if it's still Adrienne.

Also consider Aquarius, opp. the airport, and Aremango, at Muri Beach, as well as the larger Vara's (which can get noisy).
