Rarotonga in February

Hi all,
We have the chance to visit Rarotonga in late February. We understand that this is not the best time of the year but having searched the weather websites, the temps do seem too bad at around 32C with a few storms. I would appreciate anyone with experience giving me an opinion as to whether the climate is prohibitively humid at that time and generally as to whether you would take up the opportunity or give it a miss.
