Solo Travel

I am travelling solo to Raratonga early November and am wondering if anyone can recommend medium priced accomodation on a nice beach but not too isolated as it would be good to have a few peole to chat to. Also not too isolated as i probably won't have any transport. Any ideas welcomed

Lot's of medium priced places on Rarotonga, my suggestion would be Paradise Inn. They have a couple of budget units for people traveling solo, the rates are very reasonable and the deck on the beach is a great spot to meet people. The beach is not good for swimming, but you can get wet and sun yourself on the beach. The round island bus is right in front of the place and the village of Avarua is within easy walking distance. Take the bus to Muri and get off at Sail's restaurant, good place to eat have a drink and swim. You will have a good time and meet plenty of people.
