Does anyone know of a place in Rarotonga that rent or offer trips on traditional outrigger sailing canoes or somewhere you can see one being built ?

Hi,
You could go to the Sailing Club at Muri Beach,they have a small fleet of sailing Vakas.
I'm sure you could arrange a sail with someone.
