Travel to Raro as a single...

Hiya all,
Im looking to have a break away to Rarotonga next month,
but seen as i havet done much travelling as a single..
Anyone got any recommendations for wheres a great place to stay, where (as a people person) i can still be very social, and do things as i want, but also not feel too intimidated with being solo.. maybe own room or something..
I do like a good social drink, but not one to go get drunk or anything, just wanna enjoy my time - and meet new people! :)

Also, what tours etc are good to do? thinking about a week over there... and doing the scooter hiring thing!

Any suggestions would be awesome!

Aremango's or Vara's in Muri beach would be good options.

Hi, i stayed at International Backpackers and booked for a month, i loved it so much i stayed for two! It is a great place for meeting people and is nearer to the town than Vara's. So if you get a scooter (which are really cheap) you can go to Muri Beach on that. However all the beachs are beautiful in their own way.
