Every resort will offer diving, but Beqa pronounced Benga is one of the better known places on the main island. There are also specialised diving tours if you google. and the local cruise ships also offer diving at a different place every day of the tour.

Aside of Beqa, Rainbow reef in the Somosomo strait between Taveuni and Vanua Levu islands, in particular "The Great White Wall", and the Great Astrolabe Reef off Kadavu island.
