Best part of Fiji to avoid bad weather in February?Country forums / Pacific Islands & Papua New Guinea / Fiji
Hello there, I am planning a short trip to Fiji with my wife in early February and my research tells me this is the rainiest month of the year...weather aside I'm more concerned about cylcones than anything which I realize are unpredictable. In general though, like on other tropical islands throughout the world, sometimes one area or side of an island can get less rain than the other, is this the case with Fiji? For instance would it be better to stay on the eastern/western front of the mainland of Viti Levu or Vanua Levu...does it really matter? Thanks!
You could look at Leleuvia, its on the east side, and may fit your budget, I also like the local cruises, they go to the islands for 3 or 4 day cruises, and you see different areas, or Beach house on the coral coast. | 1
