Budget Accommodation - Savusavu?

Can anyone recommend decent budget accommodation around Savusavu? Solo mid-twenties male stopping through for four nights. Would prefer something near town but would consider places further out if they come recommended.

I travel budget and like to have a pool in a warm climate, my preference in savusavu was Hot springs hotel, just up the hill from town and all (cheap) restaurants. there is a good size pool, bar and great view. They gave me a good price on a self contained room (with kitchen)when I stayed a few weeks and when I was there for just a few nights I stayed in the dorm- had a room to myself in August, no one else there and only cost 25FJD a night
Elanoas (hidden paradise) was very friendly but quite crowded, no pool .
The other places I checked out were too expensive for a solo traveller- except for hans but I found it too far from town, too many steps and no pool..

How much was the self-contained room? I'm in Nadi right now planning on revisiting Savusavu. I stayed in that hotel many years ago and the self-contained room only cost me $20 back then. I think it might be too expensive for me now, so would like to know what the price is before I go, if I go. Thanks!

best to email and check - i dealt with Lorna email admin@hotspringsfiji.com. it depends how long you are staying and when, what price she will quote. i think mine was about 600fjd for two weeks shoulder season. i forgotten what was quoted for the two nights I stayed in August, but it was more which is why I went for the dorm- which was fine,no one else in it but no cooking facilities
