Bulou's Eco Lodge -- How to Book???

I've read about Bulou's Eco Lodge in the lonely planet Fiji book and would really like to go! However, the only contact information they list is a local telephone number, and I can't find a website. Has anyone stayed there, and if so is it normal to just call when you arrive in Fiji and see if they have the night available that you're looking for? Or is there a way to book before arriving in Fiji? Maybe they just never fill up? Thanks!
