Cheapest route London to Fiji & back again

Hi
I'm traveling to Fiji from the London for a friends wedding in August and just wondered if anyone had any suggestions of the most economical routes there/back?
Travelling solo and I've got a month to play with so happy to have a stop over on the way out and possibly 1 or 2 on the way back. Just a tad overwhelmed with options so thought I'd seek advice.

have a look on skyscanner - or even just on google. It'll show you the routes to Fiji, that way you can see where you'd have to change planes, then have a look at stop-overs in those places if they're of interest.

Fiji airways fly to Hong Kong, which makes it a good route to UK, they also have just started to fly to singapore, you could then do Dubai London.

Hong Kong is very hot and extremely humid in August. I didn't enjoy the stopover there as much as I hoped.
