Hi Guys, My finacee and I are planning our honeymoon from the UK and are interested to see if anyone can help us out with what we can expect in regards to costs. We already have accommodation sorted so are more interested in things such as food, alcohol and activities. Any help would be greatly appreciated Brad and Cathryn
The price of those things will largely depend on where you will stay. You'll pay a LOT more on an upmarket resort island than you would if staying on Viti Levu, where you have the option to shop around. | 1
As Laszlo says, those wholly-inclusive resorts charge an arm and a leg for most things. If you are going to one of them, bring your own booze, snacks, etc. whenever possible. If you do the latter, costs are reasonable, maybe a little bit higher than in the UK. But yanggona (kava) is a LOT cheaper than in the UK! | 2
