Day trip inland (not islands) from Nadi

Hi Guys
We have a full day in Nadi and we wanted to do a day trip to see waterfalls/caves/villages etc. Does anybody know of good tours on Viti Levu for something like this??

There used to be a day trip offered that headed inland from Nadi---or maybe Lautoka--- to a village up in the hills. Not sure if it is still offered. Some of the Fiji experts here may have some up-to-date info. I don't think there is a waterfall on the trip, though.

yes, that is still offered, although I'm drawing a blank on the name at the moment. There's a national park inland from Nadi/Lautoka. Travel agents at the Nadi airport were offering a variety of day-trip options, from a village trip, to a day's hiking in the hills. I also don't recall there being any waterfalls on offer in the west of Viti Levu.
