early flight hotel check in 3 pm

Hi , we have the early 6AM arrival flight from australia, we wont be able to check in until 3PM (radisson resort) any ideas what to do. we will have two probably tired kids ( 7 & 10 ) with us.

I understand Raffles Gateway hotel opposite the airport offers rooms for the day for people in your situation. however, I would expect a hotel like the Radisson to at least check your luggage and allow you to use their facilities until your room is ready. They would be aware of flight arrival times.

Drop your luggage at the hotel, then take a bus or cab to Port Denarau. Not far.
Tourist presinct, but shops with seats, boats, friendly people, coffee, icecream, meals, snacks, stuff..........
Alternatively if you want to wander about a bit more, go into Nadi town and check out the local produce market and the local shops.
