ferry pick-ups? taxi costs?

do the awesome / south sea adventure services include a pick-up from your hotel? we're staying at Anchorage, which is in Viseisei, but if there isn't a complimentary pick up, how much will a taxi cost us all the way to the ferry terminal?

There is a complimentary bus service that picks up at all accommodations - I've just looked at the timetable I have & it says the bus leaves Lautoka P.O. at 7am. The local buses between Lautoka & Nadi go via Viseisei so I imagine this one will too - best check with Anchorage though.
