Fiji - accommodation for family of 2 adults and 3 teenage chnCountry forums / Pacific Islands & Papua New Guinea / Fiji
I am trying to source good resort accommodation for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenage children. It appears that most (if not all) resort accommodation offers single room/bure accomm for 2A and 2C, but when you move to 3 children, you seem to have to move to double the accommodation. This obviously doubles the cost of the holiday. Are there any resorts that offer bures etc for 2A and 3C? Ideally self catering would be good, but not essential.
Check the Shangri-La Resort along the Coral coast. They have some very large rooms, and might be able to fit in an extra cot. Same goes with some of the large resorts at Denarau, but I don't particularly like that area. Of course, if you go to a much cheaper place, getting two units wouldn't be all that expensive---one for two adults and one for three kids. | 1
Oarsmans (Nacula Is in Yasawas) , have 2 Family units whuich can sleep up to 8 people. Shangri La is great for kids and also has bures but I think they are pricey (as is all on Denearu for all bar standard rooms).. Check it anyhow. | 2
Plantation Island 2 bedroom bures would accommodate 2 adults in their own bedroom, 2 in the second bedroom and 1 in the lounge. | 3
