We will be in Fiji in August and my husband will need to get to Vanuatu for a few days during that time. Online, I see that Air Vanuatu flies there for about USD$450 round trip. Would it be wise to book this now online, or is this a ticket we should look for while there - better deals?

| Laszlo11:12 UTC02 Apr 2007 | There are not many "deals" to be expected on that route, but compare that fare with Air Pacific's Bula Fares.
Then you might as well book whichever is cheaper right now - it's VERY unlikely that any better deal will emerge.
That said, at least the AP fare seems readily available on the spot, for next day departures, too.
But of course it's always safer to book in advance.
