Fiji Visa on arrival (VoA) twice in a month

Country forums / Pacific Islands & Papua New Guinea / Fiji

Hi there,

I have decided to visit Fiji soon. I can get Fiji tourist Visa on Arrival (VoA). However I would like to spend a week in Vanuatu. So my tentative plan is :

Fly from Hong Kong to Nadi, get VoA, spend 7 days in Fiji.

fly to Vanuatu, spend a week there.

fly back to Nadi, get second VoA, one more week in Fiji.

fly to Hongkong

Is this applicable if I enter Fiji twice within a month?

Thanks in advance

Guess it depends on what country's passport you hold:

I made 3 VoA entries to Fiji over a 3 month period on one trip, so it's certainly doable, unless things have changed drastically.

If you are eligible for a VOA to Fiji, you can leave and reenter as many times as you wish, I think.
Last winter I entered 3 times within a month or so, and some travelers using the Bula Pass left and reentered even more times within a month.

thanx Watsoff & Laszlo,

Surprisingly I am eligible to get Fiji VoA even though having normal Indian passport :)

Do I need to keep bank statements or US $ cash / plastic cards will work ?

Travel plan to Fiji has been finalized but so far not decided about Vanuatu ....... or any other nearby island. Will take decision soon.
