From Bali to Fiji

What's the best way to get to Fiji from Bali?

get a cheap flight to hong kong then airpacific direct to nadi, or fly to sydney and then to nadi, or go via Brisbane for an early afternoon arrival

Here is a cheap way (if you book way in advance) but not the quickest

Bali to KL - A Asia

KL to Gold Coast - A Asia

Brisbane (close to Gold Coast) to Nadi - Air Pacific or Pacific Blue

Another option is flying from Bali to Perth on Air Asia, then Perth to an east coast city on Tiger Airways (?) then on to Fiji.

Jetstar also flies from Bali to various AU cities but I am yet to spot a good fare to the east coast with them.

The flights from HK to Fiji tend to be expensive (no competition).
