How expensive is Fiji?

Hey, spending 4 nights in Fiji as a stopover on the way home from Oz. Have accommodation booked and transfers from airport. Just wondering how much food will cost and activities/excursion? Ie how expensive it is and how much will I need per day?

This totally depends on where you will stay.
Out in towns food could be very cheap, while in isolated resorts it will be expensive. Ditto for excursions.
