Ideal Fijian hideaways for children?

Does anyone have any gems to pass on to us? We will be in Fiji jan-feb 2008, with 2 boys (7+9) who would be into snorkelling, and playing 'desert islands' the whole time. Ideally we'd want to rent a beach bure, basic is great, in a very secluded place.
