Layover in Nadi

Hi, I will be flying into Nadi after spending 3 weeks touring NZ and will be laying over before a flight the next morning to the outer islands. Can anybody suggest a decent place to stay that is close to the airport? We will be arriving relatively late at night (9pm) and leaving early (7:30am) so we don't want to be doing a lot of back and forth. A place that would store some of our luggage would be great too since there are such strict weight restrictions on inter-island flights and we will be carrying more than we will need for our 5 day outer-island stay.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

The Raffles Gateway is directly opposite the airport (walking distance, without luggage!), has a pool, restaurant, nice grounds and decent rooms, the rates are reasonable as well. Their website address is www.rafflesgateway.com.

Can anybody speak to the Tanoa International Hotel? It was recomended by my host at Moody's Namena where I will be spending the majority of the time. I am also trying to decide if I should just head out to Savusavu...

stayed at Aquarius, free airport pickups and dropoffs, had a free phone in the airport in baggage area to call them. They will also store your luggage too. Has bar, restaurant, tv room, internet, bookswap everything there.

Chilled out there overnight when we went from 5 weeks around NZ and then onto Taveuni afterwrds.
