Malaria meds in Fiji

I am looking for a source of malaria prophylaxis in Fiji. I am heading to the Solomons via Nadi and conveniently I have 3 days in Fiji where I can look for meds. I live in a country, Japan, where malaria meds are scarce and even then only Lariam is an approved drug. Nothing else is available. Since this was a last minute business trip, Lariam is out of the question. I need a drug store where I can buy Malarone, or absent that Doxycyclene. Thanks.

I was able to find Malarone here in Tokyo.
