musket coveor funky fish?

Hi, my buddy and I are going to have 4 or 5 days in Fiji before giong to a surf camp on Namotu. We'd like to stay close to Namotu, and plan to surf some, dive and snorkel, kite if the wind is on, and just generally relax.Some social would be nice but don't need a big party scene. A 2 room beach burre would be good but don't need luxury. My thoughts are Musket cove or Funky Fish. Does anyone have an opinion on these places? Any other recommendations wuold be appreciated. Thanks

Definately Funky Fish not Musket Cove.
The Grand Grouper unit is fine and has hot water.
There were kite surfers there the last time we were there and they had a ball on the sand bar in front of the resort.
You dive with the operation at Musket Cove, there is now a deep water entrance at Funky Fish so pick up is easy.

We stayed at Funky Fish for christmas - IT WAS GREAT!! V friendly staff and owners..great snorkelling on a sandback off shore and they'll take you to the off shore reef for surfing too! Really friednly place! If you go, say hi to Brad, Rose n the barman Joe from chris n emma!!!
