One night in Nadi with 5am arrival

I am travelling to Nadi early December to meet friends who are travelling over from New Zealand. I arrive on a 5am flight from LA and need a place to crash for the day/night as my friends don't get to Fiji until the following day.

Would like some advice on the best hotels to stay in and around Nadi, looking for a bit of luxury for the first night! And what's the best way to deal with the early arrival as most hotels only start check-in about 2pm...

Also, looking at getting a Bula pass to get around the Yasawa and Mamanuca Islands, is it best to get one with accommodation included or just do it yourself as we go along?

Try the Radisson Blu Resort on Denarau Island. Most of Nadi's lux accoms are located here- the Sofitel
the Sheraton and the Westin.

I suggest you book your own Yasawa and Mamanuca Islands accomodation, direct with the resorts.

For luxury I would go to Denarau island .It's just 10-15min. from Nadi International Airport.

That's where we go for our holiday. It's an upscale private island with a few luxury hotels/resorts and is convenient to wait for your friends.
