Options for a night out in Nadi

Has anyone had a good night out in Nadi recently? We are looking for an alternative to Ed's bar, we have just been there way too many times. Denarau is ok but its fairly sedate and its hard to get there and away without being gouged by the fixed price taxi racket.

We are looking for somewhere in town with relatively cheap drinks and a good atmosphere, maybe with a dancefloor in case of emergencies. No bollywood music, it makes me want to start fires.

my friend and i are planning a trip to fiji and would lvoe your advice on which ilands we should travelt o.
we have about 2 weeks
we're after relaxation on the the beach, snorkelling, and great bars. we would love untouched beaches and beautiful scenery,.
any suggestions on which island we should go to and where to stay would be awesome!!!
