Rugby union shirts in Nadi

Hi!

I've got a colleague over in Fiji from here in Germany on business (I know, lucky s.o.b.) and I asked him to pick me up a rugby union shirt. He's been running around Nadi finding rugby league shirts, but no union.

Does anyone know a shop in Nadi (he has no transport for further afield) that stocks them please?

(Yes, I know you can easily get them off the internet, but that breaks the rules of the game) :)

strange if you Google, rugby league or rugby union in Fiji you get the same shirts, they are at the airport

Nah, they're different - the league one has a Vodafone logo and a blue tinge to the front with black slashes on the arms, the union one is sans sponsor logo and black and white with no slashes :)

But thanks for the airport tip, I will try and figure out which shop sells them; I'd be stunned if one of them didn't.

Rugby shirts of any sort have never been on my shopping list, so I don't know where to look specifically in Nadi.

However, if you can get up to Lautoka .. it's a bigger town and might be more likely to have such items for sale. I even watched (part of) a rugby match in Lautoka while I was there.

I would have thought both would be easy to find... Maybe email FRU for a retailers list in Nadi www.fijirugby.com/pages.cfm/about-union/contact-us.html ... Some businesses here are really slow in replying to emails, so if your colleague is still here it may be quicker for him to call them... Good luck! :)
