Sailboat charter in Fiji. Experiences?

Hi!

We are 3 or 4 couples, thus 6 or 8 people, who will be heading to Fiji in September 2015. Our dream is to get onboard a catamaran sailboat and head out for the islands for 7-10 days doing snorkeling, scuba diving etc etc...

Have anyone in here done something similar? Sailed through the Fiji islands?

Any recommendations would be highly appreciated, how much we should expect to be paying and islands to visit.

Plenty of visiting private boats there, but I have not seen charters.

The reefs around some areas are seriously complicated and the charts are poor, so good local knowledge is useful.

There is another marine shop in Suva, but I can't recall the name.
