Sigatoka or Korotogo resort/hotel?

We will be arriving in Nadi after a very long trip from the United States. We have 3 nights planned for the Coral Coast and wanted to stay away from Nadi. Since we will be very jet lagged (with our kids, 6 and 8), we wanted to stay someplace with a nice room and pool. We are trying to decide between Bedarra and Shangri-La or any other recs. you might have. Our plan for the 3 days is to visit the Kula Eco Park and Coral Coast Railway so we don't want to be too far out.

Any recs of where to stay ...and also any parts of the coast we shouldn't miss?

the shangri-la is best for the train, and Bedarra for the eco park, the intercontinental at Natadola has the best beach and pool for the children, but off the road. look at the reviews and prices, taxis are cheap to visit places as well.
