surf/fishing sailing charter

im going to Fiji from the 26th of jan to the 17th of feb. We have planned our first week but wanted to charter a boat for 5 days or so for the second week we are there. Was just wondering if anyone has done anything like this or would be able to point me in the right direction. there is 4 of us, all males aged 22. looking to surf/fish/snorkel. otherwise if anyone has some good pointers of places to go that would be greatly appreciated.
