suva to taveuni/surf

a few questions: Suva to Taveuni. Are there daily ferries? Time, cost etc.? Are there daily flights? Time, cost etc.?
second: I may have an extra day or two to surf. Anyplace on or easily reached from Viti Levu (or Taveuni) to rent a surfboard and catch a few waves? Thanks

Ferries do the suva-taveuni route 3-4 times a week. Costs about $70. Flying costs $130 on Pacific Sun from nadi or suva leaving daily. I live on Qamea. We are close to Taveuni and some cool surf breaks. There are some surf boards here if you want to rent one.
