Tattoos, turtles and firewalking.

Hi there, My family - wife and 10yo and 9 yo are going to Fiji in March, we are staying at a resort on the Coral Coast for a week but also have a couple of extra days where we may go to an island if it is easy enough. On our list of things to do my wife wants to swim with turtles and visit a local village, I want to walk on hot coals and the kids want to snorkel all day. Also, we want to get a traditional Fijian style tattoo. If you have any ideas or tips, I'd really appreciate any help.
