Three days in Fiji ideas

Hi there
Just wondering if anyone would have any suggestions for three days in fiji?
Where could I stay? I am flying into Nadir but wouldn't mind stating somewhere else near by on a budget.
Any activities or suggested things to do or see I'd be very grateful.

you could get the bus around the island, stay first night at Beach House, then Suva, then around the Kings road stopping for one night in the north

I would go with a bus around the island too.
Make sure you sit on the RHS down the east coast going clockwise.
In Lautoka there is the See Breeze Hotel 100m from the bus station down Bekana Lane. http://www.seabreezefiji.com/ It is not as flash as the pics would indicate, but it would be fine (we lived next door for 2 years).
