Travel to Fiji with 2 kids

Hello everyone.

Thinking of going to Fiji for a week in January with husband and children (aged 6 & 3.5) are thinking about going to Fiji but not sure where to go. We are looking for something with a kids club (child friendly), all inclusive (if possible). Ideally a resort 4-5 star with spa treatments. Also looking at the excursions around the islands -think there is an island hopping one. Also would like to do some watersports. Yes a lot to cram in a week. I would also like the kids to experience village life of the locals -like a market surrounding that would be child friendly.

Is is better to go all inclusive or experience the different restaurants?
