Where to stay not on the mainland???

HI

I have a 5 night layover in Fiji, and am wanting to stay at an affordable, beach location (either hotel or resort) that is not on the main island... Any Suggestions?? Budget is something to keep in mind and our main focus is having great beachfront access ... Cheers

You don't mention the size of the budget you are working with, but the Yassawa or Mamanuca Islands would probably suit you. There are a number of different "resorts" set right on the beach. Google and you will be able to see their rates and availability and you can decide from there what suits best. You will have to add on the cost of transport to the island with the Yassawa Flyer although Octopus Resort has its own boat.
