yasawas

hi all...
i read that there has been a recent fire on Sunset resort.
has anyone been there lately and can tell me what the conditions are like now ...does it still smell smokey ?
also, any comments on accommodations on yasawa-i-rara ?
we are going to fiji next week and still researching options.
