What is the official status of Guam? I know its not a state but assuming its a province of the US? If that's the case, do I not qualify for duty free if I visit Guam using a US passport? Does anybody know? Thanks | ||
It is a territory of the US..like Puerto Rico,for example. No idea on the duty free.When I was there nearly all the tourists were Japanese..... | 1 | |
Duty Free has nothing to do with what passport you hold, it depends on where you are flying from, if that is Japan then you can bring in Duty Free to Guam and take Duty Free from Guam back to Japan. | 2 | |
