It really depends when you're going, I'm finding out. There's a chart you can navigate to on www.no1-travel.com that actually breaks it down for you from now through about March. Looks like you're paying 50,000 yen plus taxes (which always seem to add around 20,000 or so) unless you're leaving very soon. There are definitely cheaper deals to be had--we're very much leaning toward flight/hotel packages through a travel agency. Flights plus three nights' accommodation for roughly the same price, it seems.
