Purchasing colored smoke flares / grenades in Guam.

Hi!
We are a film crew heading to Guam to shoot some promotional videos. I was wondering if there's a place we can purchase coloured smoke flares/grenades (ex: Enola Gaye EG18) for filming purposes. We are planning on having skydivers jump with coloured smoke trailing them. Thanks in advance!
