Saipan and Guam

Looking for some quick tips for my upcoming trip to Saipan and Guam.

1. Whats the best area to stay in for both of these - looking for a mixture of chilled/beach vibes + town/unique culture

2. What are the best ways of seeing the islands and any must-see things whilst I'm there.
