Weather in Jan and Feb

Country forums / Pacific Islands & Papua New Guinea / Guam

My sister and I will be returning to Guam after being gone from there for 50+ years. We'll be there next January or February. What weather should we expect...and what kind of clothing is appropriate for island activities at that time of year?
Also, we want to re-visit Tinian and Saipan. Will single day trips take care of seeing what is there? What is the typical fare for getting to those two islands from Guam?
Thanks for your help!

Sorry to make you wait so long for a reply. The weather here isn't much different in January or February than any other month: hot, humid and occasionally rainy. The storms never last long though, so you shouldn't factor them in too much. As for clothing, I'd say light layers and a hat. The fare to fly to Saipan is usually around $150-$200 dollars, but I couldn't tell you about Tinian. You can hire charter boats to take you too, but you'd have to figure that out with the guy taking you. If you have other questions, let me know, I'm happy to help.
