[from Sydney] to Kiribati - do i need visa?

I am sorry, I know this post is not suitable to this branch but I am urgently looking for information about tourist visa requierments for Kiribati. As a Czech Republic citizen I intend to go to Kiribati. Where can i obtain this kind of information? Any body knows?
