Health Clearance Visa on arrival

Hello, i am swiss citizen and wondering how this "health clearance" (proof of being free from HIV/AIDS and TB) needed for the Marshall islands should look like?

Is a letter -written in englisch- from my doctor enoug, confirming that I do not have HIV/AIDS or TB?

I don’t have any information about the health clearance, but if you are planning on travelling soon, I read today that Marshall Islands has closed its borders to all international travellers until March 22nd.
