Cheap Place To Stay in Pohnpei

Hello everybody,

I will be going to Pohnpei for a week in March. I am travelling on a budget and I am looking for a cheap place to stay. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I think that the Joy Hotel and Restaurant is relatively cheap- and the restaurant has wonderful food! It's pretty much in downtown Kolonia (Or is it Colonia?)
